Glad to hear youve read some of the workshop section!
Once youve gotten to the carbs all you need to do is undo the round clips at the back by un-screwing them, you can see them here, its the screws that are pointing from left to right inbetween the block and carbs.
Once you have undone those, they should pull off, but if they are proving difficult push them down and then pull up while pulling back, be careful you dont go flying when they finally come off!
You should then just have the inlet rubbers left and if you look at them you will see something like this
All you need to do then is undo the allen bolts on the top and underneath the rubbers that hold them in place untill they come out, at which point the washers should also come out.
You shouldnt need to completely take the carbs off so you can leave all the relevant cables in place, assembly is reverse of dissasembly minus the washers
Any problems just give us a shout here and well put you straight.

P.S. If you have balancing gauges you may as well balance them while its all apart, itll run smoother and faster

hello rob the three screws that you have circle are they not the adjustment screws for the throttle butterflies
to take the carbs off you need to undo the 4 screws that are on the black rubber bit 2 facing right and 2 facing left
our have i miss read the question

You wont have any problems at all mate, only thing it changes is the speed fuel and air goes in. Whip em out and enjoy the (saying in a Jeremy Clarkson style) POWERRRRRRRR!
