Micron system & carb settings

Bike has been apart for nearly 9 years now but is finally together. When I stripped it, it was running perfect with std system & renegade can. Supposed to have SP cams in and light head work - ex race bike. Std airbox with few extra holes drilled in it.
Now got full micron system on and won't run clean / rev out, just bogs down.
Sounds nice ticking over and below 4k ish. Open throttle quick and just bogs before hunting and finaly revving a bit.
On road, will not pick up and clear itself.
Any ideas?
