Dyno in S/W Wales

Hi, I'm bidding on a 33bhp restrictor kit on ebay at the mo. Just need to know if there are any dyno's anywhere in S/W Wales somewhere so I can get a printout to prove that the bike is producing 33bhp. Anyone know of any?

Don't you just have to prove that the kit is fitted?

But how do I prove that the kit is fitted? because I'm fitting it myself. I know you can buy the certificates on ebay but are they any good?

The certificates mean nothing legally as far as i know. Long as you have the restrictor fitted you have nothing to worry about
