Shocks.

Shocks. What's the best option to hunt for, if I'm looking for an adjustable one, as I gather that the L model shock isn't adjustable.

Plug sockets are great for shocks :D

The L model shock is adjustable for preload, rebound damping and ride height :smt001

As for the best aftermarket one, ohlins will sort you out for 400 quid, maxton do them too but not sure on price.

get an sp rear shock. cost less than a ton.

Oho. I see. I thought (read - I skim read and misinterpereted) that the L model shock wasn't adjustable at all. I guess I'm probably alright as is then. Hell knows, if I poke the ride height up any further, I'm not gonna be able to sit on the buggerdly thing, I'm that much of a shortarse...

Yeah an SP shock is a good idea! Make sure there is a compression damping adjustment screw on the external reservoir if you manage to find one.
