Bato, that number referes to the difference in the vacuum pressure between the cylinders. Basically the pressure doesnt matter when balancing, they just have to be all the same.

hi
I am cleaning my carbs ,change needles and on the table I control carbs.Carbs is ok controle with presure from few hours on the table is ok dasnt licking.
But when the carbs are on the bike and bike working after I note litle licking from 4 carb an the buterfly and engine start only with some trotle.
Why that licking start. The carbs are balancing and I put pilot screw 2,1/4 2,1/2 the same results?
I change rubbers on the needle valve and float high is on the maximum 13mm.
Why that nightmare comes?
Finaly I think there is some gremlin in my 4 carb and he push fuel on the buterfly

You must have put something together wrong bato. Get the carbs apart again and double check everything.

leaking!!??
You must have set something wrong bato when you put it back together. Check with the manual and see if you can find anything you have done wrong with setting the float height.
