Is your front wheel properly balanced? Is the hax bolt that fastens the bar in place nice and tight?

You can try bar weights which can reduce it but on standard zxr bars you dont have the thread at the end to do it. Apparently you can use ZX6R handle bars instead, then you can fit bar end weights. :smt001

cut the ends off the bars and stick some bar end weights on.

It might be that a weight has come off if it started doing all of a sudden, shouldnt cost more than a tenner to get the wheel checked. Make sure everything is all tight on the front end too, fork clamp bolts, allen bolts etc...

could be shot wheel bearings too. Not had this problem that you speak of. did 170 miles at 80+ having never ridden a zxr before and was only aware of how hard the seat is

how can you fit bar ends on with no thread? Youll just end up with a flat stub on the end of you cut it, unless of course you have a tapping set?

bar ends come with a rubber collar that fits inside the bar then when you tighten the allen bolt up it compresses the rubber and grips the bar.
