ZXR L9 indicator flashing speed problem?

I have just purchased a L9 model which have led indicators fitted but flash a little too fast!Any ideas on what would cure it??

i never liked the resistors, personal choice, and the led relay is plug-play, its what ive got fitted to the fzr1000.
