Light weight rear disc

Can't seem to find anything, not sure if it's been touched upon here, maybe the search doesn't work on my iPhone, but looking for Light Weight rear discs, is there any specific companies that do these?
Looking at some of the race bikes on here using a scooter brake with a made up slide/torque bracket and different disc, where can I get these discs from?

Cheers for that Cookie, now I've got hold of the disc code from EBC, it tells me what bikes that specific disc will fit - apparently the MD4009 rear disc fits ALL the ZXR400 models, H and L, can anyone confirm this at all?
