Well, here I am again looking at buying a bike and it has to be a zxr400. Ever since I sat on a zxr400 when I was in my early 20's and was amazed at the sheer size for a 400 I have loved them... now going rapidly past 32 and still I want one. I have seen a few for sale but i'm pretty sad in that the looks of the bike is the most important thing for me. I dont want to go to fast as I have little kids and I am scared to death of coming of and doing some serious injury (imagine not being able to play with my kids for months because I was stuck in a chair or something)...

Anyway. I have been looking through the gallery and this is drop dead sexy

can anyone tell me what model this colour scheme comes with??

Alos, does the seat change much on the zxr. I know the H series had a nasty seat (in my opinion) as I had a breaker that I tried to rebuild but just never liked the look of it. I like the thin looking seat section that seems to be aimed upwards (like the one on the pic) and I cant tell if the seat sections are different or if the different colour schemes just make them look different (the balck and purple which my daughter loves looks like the seat section is different)

Cheers all and hope to be sticking around and maybe even getitng round to taking my test and buying this year.

http://www.zxrworld.co.uk/zxr400/models.html

The passenger and rider seats are seperate, they arn't too bad but i can only speak for the rider seat. From what im aware the H and L model have different seat pads.

Hope that all helps, remeber to check ebay or the sales section of this site for bikes :)
