The four small holes are drain holes for each spark plug reccess........................and if the is oil coming from the holes then oil is leaking into the spark plug reccess

hi cargo so is it the seals around the top of the spark plug recess inside the rocker cover that have gone cos all spark plugs are dry.
or is there a more serious problem cos bike runs fine

What Cargo said - likely some one removed the wells doing a shim check but didn't put new O rings on - they are one use only so replace every time you disturb.

MM is talking about the o rings at the bottom of the spark plug well/recess
I would reuse the top seals and apply a little sealer
