Where do I buy jets from?

I have a main jet of 110 in cylinder 1 and 4
and in 2 and 3 I have 92.5
Any reason why this would be apart from the 2 cylidners in the middle getting hotter?
The bike stinks of fuel and I want to play around with some jets
So where will I buy some from? (UK)
Also... What jet is it that you use at 4000 rpm - 10000 rpm - as my bikes got a flat spot there
