zxr 400 03 race loom

zxr 400 03 race loom
i have a o3 loom and want to build a loom to start on the button but no lights,charging circuit etc.ive seen the race loom on here all the wiring is different colours to what i have.any help much appreciated

yes its supposedly of a o3 zxr??? and its a l9 loom??

The L9 was (sadly) the last ZXR400 and that was 1999
So while your bike might be 03 in terms of it's reg number it's at best a L9
I've never seen a wiring diagram for L9 but I'm sure there must be one might be in the 1999 edition of the manual ? ? If there is one ? ? ?
But the cost of buying that manual would be a big scary number

thanks ive got 2 manuels and wiring diagrams coming out of my ears but nothing seems to match

you need the manual that is specific to your model
Having said that it's hardly rocket science to work out which bits you don't need
the wire that goes to the lights is still a wire going to a light regardless of what colour it is
