Hi all, totally new to this forum but not totally new to ZXR400s.
I currentIy own an '05 ZX10R but I got married this year (cost a flaming fortune )so my ZX10R has to go and is being bought tomorrow, not happy but needs must.
On a happier note I told the missus that I just couldnt stand to be without a bike and after quite a bit of mulling decided to go back to a ZXR400 as they are so much fun. I have owned R1s and Blades etc and I suppose I could have squeezed an old model of one of these but I have such good memories of my last ZXR400 and that swung it.
My last ZXR was not bad, Racelogic (I think!) programmable chip, ram air etc etc but I decided that it needed some more modifications so highsided it through the chicane at Croft which although that modified it, it wasnt quite what I was thinking of.
Anyway, on Monday I am off on the train to collect my next ZXR and am quite looking forward to it. I might even get it on Croft, maybe with stabilisers this time though.
Whatever though, I'll hang around on here looking for advice and hopefully not sounding too stupid!
John
