Hitting a bird at the Manx is not uncommon having said that it's never happened to me there.................however last Friday during practise for Skerries a bird stuck me on the head I was on the 600 in top and the wires fully stretched........................scared the living crap right out of me......................here's the evidence

Looks like it glanced you. Lucky escape as iv heard of poeple having birds break shoulders n hands before. Seen one planted in a headlight too.
