Don't think Ben will mind, but to let you all know he had the biggest highside anyone had ever seen at pembrey on his 675 trumpet. Poor sod broke his leg and has general bruising pains etc. He went to Carmarthen Hospital on the Sunday and I believe went home yesterday. Luckily he had two fellow crashers in the ward with him! Spoke with his Dad Steve on Sunday who confirmed his injuries. Wishing you a speedy recovery MATE and don't let this put you off! you were caning it BTW!!!!!

Ben has head, chest and ankle injuries I spoke with his girlfriend last night.
He is back in his local hospital.

I'm reluctant to give more detail than that other than to say he will make a full recovery.

I will be speaking with her again later

Spoke with Bens girlfrined last night he is sitting up in bed and talking. She says he seems to be back to his normal self

Could be he'll be staying in hospital over the weekend.

Dont have Steves number assuming that you mean Bens dad.

Thanks Cargo for keeping people informed on here. As Chris said Ben had a massive highside and fell heavily, he was knocked out for a short while and is suffering from concussion. The last scan showed some swelling on the left hand side of brain so being monitered for that. Last chest xray showed that his lungs are now clear. Right anke is broken in 2 places and has been screwed and wired back together.We hope Ben is now on the road to recovery. When we visited him last night it was as if someone had flicked a switch on and it was the old Ben back with us, Will keep Cargo informed with any changes. just a quick note to say thanks to everyone who has sent good wishes and messages of support. I was re-addmited to my local hospital the day after i got home as cargo said because of the concussion causing bad headaches and sickness. Finnaly got out of hospital on tuesday evening.

my ankle is broken in two places and been screwed and wired back together. as for the concussion all i have at the moment is a dull headache that no-one knows how long it will last.

Hopefully we will get and see a bit of racing over the next couple of months and see a few of you out there.
