Re: stuck bolt
It should come out....................I seem to remember that with my Mircon exhaust that particular bolt fouls on the exhaust and wont come out.
Ignoring that it most definately should come out....................might be siezed onto the bush...................hit it
with something

Re: stuck bolt
It is supposed to come out but it sounds like it is seized against the inside of the roller bearing in the shock linkage. Sounds like the application of some wd40 overnight and then gentle tapping - although TBH it doesnt need to be that gentle as it is likely that the shock linkage bearing is u/s

Re: stuck bolt
If you've got a decent G clamp you could put a socket over the head of the bolt and try pressing it out.
