hi guys i'm looking at holding a forum meet around june time, are there any specific 400cc races going on around then? or can you give me some dates/venues be good to have a general meet with some 400 interest.

we have one on satday 12th.
plenty of 400's there. Aintree, so might be a bit out of the way for most. Plus tt race week at start of june. Alot of clubs try to not clash with the two weeks

I'll try and post up a full list of the races I'll be doing if anyone fancies a trip to Ireland for some real road racing.


I will of course be on the IOM for the Manx GP in August..................lots of ZXR400 there

BEMSEE are at Cadwell the weekend of 26th 27th june, Saterday night is normally pretty good with BEMSEE.

Mark are you looking at last years dates? Think you may be there on your own NG at Snetterton on 12th / 13th June.

Where is the 400 Open details not seen that one before??

It would be Snetterton in June for NG - Might be a bit quiet if it was just me !

400cc open now called two stoke 400 open, shame as it was quite handy for extra practice, but the fees for the second event entered are now £75 anyway - Too much for me !

as Mark says the open 400 was replaced last year with the 2 stroke 400 which is is mainly 250's and is run within the F400 race as a seperate championship. The 400 open used to be run as a race on its own which meant 400's could enter it aswell as the F400 race, it was dropped when NG started running the 250GP ACU National Championship.
Second race entry fees vary from track to track as do the 1st entry costs, £75 is the same cost as last year and year before at Brands but at pembrey i think the 2nd entry is only £45.

I was almost ready but had a few problems last couple of weeks.
have bought a triumph for the odd outing in the Sound of thunder class through out the year which will be ....... fun!!
what are your plans for this year?? which meets and will you be at test weekend??

I doubt I will be at the test day as I had a road accident before Christmas and still going through the insurance. Done a good job of it over £2000 worth of damage!!! So it was a write off, had it valued and I think I can buy it back for like £80 which is good. I should be at Cadwell in April as its my brothers engagement party the weekend of Brands :smt013 cant really miss that. I'm going to try do the rest of the meets apart from the ones in Wales where I'm hopefully going to go and race with Thundersport GB as they go to Donington in the Summer.

Should see you around and might pop down to Brands and see how things are and have a little watch.
