I know that one single drag can have far greater effects than a pint of lager, and you're more likely to THINK you're ok when you're stoned - plus certain strains may only hit you with the full effects a while after you've smoked it.

Granted, the slap-down stone of Black Domina wont have you jumping up to drive, but the light, almost amphetamine high of Kali Mist or White Widow may well do... but that light stimulant high gives way to a heavy stone or even hallucinations.

I'm not against ganja in the slightest, but I went from smoking pure skunk every single day to nothing when I started riding bikes.

And these were my reasons for doing so.

You cant say its been proven that your a better driver after a spliff an post a pro canabis site for the evidence. the fact is thats BULL you dont drive better after a sclif cos it slows your reactions this makes you a liability to everyone else. i used to smoke weed loads until i realised the buzz sucked.

as for alcahol the effects you were describing are what happenes when you drink to much, i dont do that often 2 or 3 pints on a sunday nite with the lads is good enought or a steamin sesh on a sat even then you know your limit. which brings me to the final point. with a beer you know its a beer an you know what one will do to you. with drugs including weed you have no idea what its been mixed with thus meanin you dont know how it will act on you. I know of people mixing it with hourse toad an all sorts

i dont no the amount they water down beer now adays, some places you can have 10 pints and feel only just going others and your on your 5th and feel the same!

i tend to stick to shots or bottels now just because a pint genrealy tastes of bubbly water

I suggest you change watering holes we just wouldnt put up with a shody pint the local.

you notice the diffrence in a pint when you go up north abit, my mates dad lives in Chester and we go up there now again to go out in liverpool ect and you can really tell the diffrence in a pint!

When i go to london and anyother more south place the pints just get worse and worse, maybe its because the men can handel a real pint the more south you go?

every were you go round here (apart from the proper workin mans club's) the pints are shite

That's because most Northern pints are accompanied by a cigarette, and it's a scientific fact that pints taste better with a ciggy...
