50/50

You can buy it premixed but if your mixing it yourself, it needs to be half water half antifreeze :smt001

kwak only use common paint, any good paint supplies shop can match it and mix some up

I managed to the spraypaint mixed to match good ! old halfords :smt003
Havent started spraying tho yet they need sanding down abit first.

Today i wanting to get the fork seals done so manged to find away to suppend the front end up in the air, took the calipers off the forks, removed the wheel and slid the forks out.
Look i now have a hover bike :smt003
Image

Now i have the forks out to strip them down you put the bottom in a vise undo the allenkey bolt, make sure you have a bucket or container to catch all the oil when you tip the fork back the right way up if not your going to make a mess. Now the fork is the ryt way up undo the top if the seals had well gone then not much more oil will come out if not you mayy get another stream. Now you have the top of the fork off you can take out all the guts but make sure you keep them in the correct order of how they came out. Like this :
Image
If your going to do them both together like i have done it is best to remeber or write down which is the left and right set of parts.
now to remove the actual seals you need to get you fork slide the dust sealout of the way and remove the clip thats holding your oil seal in place. The gold exterior and the stantion will just pull apart you may need to use some force.
Now your gold exterior will have come away from your stantion/fork bottom and you will be able to see your seal remove the bushes very carefully. Slide off your seals.

That is as far as i have got with them i noticed that my dust seals need replacing so cant put them back together again. I also need to find out how much oil to put back in to the forks but i think the owners booklet will tell you or if anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated.

i went to halfords and the colour matched it to a Seat metallic blue i think that blue looks better but now it really requires me to paint all the other bits :smt012
