So your saying the rozzers get their aldi tool kit out, take off your tank, unscrew the air box... taking some time! then take off your carbs??? Excuse me if that sounds a tad extensive! Plus your bike would be in bits . . .
I had a crash and the bike should have been restricted, they didnt touch it. Or even go and look at it. Theyve got better things to do or so they say...

If your worried, after a crash get your bike home. If your really worried cable tie your air box aswel as putting locktight on the screws. Im sure theyd get put off

Annnnnd - even if they did do that an see no restrictors i would, say oh well thats because you were looking in the wrong place. ie. there is a throttle restriction, the pilot and the main jet are down jetted to 33bhp.

Especially if youve got a dyno readout of 33bhp to prove it once youve taken any restrictors off they cant do anything.
When you get it back, get someone to put them back in if your still unconvinced the rozzers are after you... and then show them or take dated pictures.
If they didnt take pictures or evidence then they havnt got a leg to stand on

However mate that's all running on the chance of the coppers not seizing ur bike and having a copper not knowing what he's doing. If they seize ur bike and have a proper mechanic look at it ur fecked.

The law is so vauge on the 33bhp thing its unbelievable. You dont even need a certificate/dyno. Because the law doesnt state you do need one.
Probly would be something worth thinking about to cover your back. F1 International =150 pund for restrictors and a bit paper, <cops dont even have acess to this, or a bit of ally with a 15.4 mm hole. £5.. and a dyno if your a bit lethal on the roads.. £30

Even the police, who ive asked say the law is really vauge. Worst case they get it Dyno'd or inspected.

Spose its down to, not being a dick while riding and then you have nothing to worry about.

It does appear police know little, I got pulled on wednesday (mot expired!!! i was clueless!!) and he asked if i was restricted to certain cc's coz of my age, I just said nah i can do what i want and he just carried about his business!! He had a bike license of his own as well he was telling me!!

I was absolutely bricking it too lol, thought i was gonna lose my license nd such coz i just couldn't think of any other possible reason for him to pull me!!
