Er... well, Airsofting... ;)

In the same vein as Wabby, I build PCs, but only when necessities mean I get an excuse to. Though that said I am thinking of Watercooling my machine, as the fans aren't the quietest, and I use it to listen to music quietly as I go to bed, so it does intrude somewhat. That and I want a faster CPU, tbh...

I also play guitar, though I have had no amp for a very... very long time.

I also fix up and keep running my Rover. That's becoming just about full time of late, but I hasten to add that that's only because I went and crashed it. It was running a dream before I stuffed it into a verge.
The interior is now perfect, and I'm beginning to contemplate cannibalising an ebay breaking Vitesse for coolant parts. After that, in the long term, we have bigger plans engine wise, including GB-Ent forged pistons and conrods, Walbro injection, Garrett T28Rs and a modified Nissan Pulsar FMIC. Overall, in the long term, I'm looking for an everyday 250 break T-series Turbo, that I can safely tweak boost on by a couple of psi when I get to trackdays/hillclimbs/sprints/strip action, for a healthy and respectable (and more expensive car surprising) 280 ish bhp.
She surprises a few things as she is, UK spec Scoobies, BMWs and Audis (excluding the RS series - had a go at a couple and it's just... incomparable. Those things fucking GO), so I'm looking forward to having 250 on tap to embarrass cars worth twenty or thirty times the price I paid for the Vit...

Never been much for gym, but I do enjoy running. I've been out of the habit of going for a run of late, but I was at the point of doing six miles before breakfast each day, a year ago or so.

I also used to do Karate - Southern Shotokan Karate to be precise, and stopped at the belt below black to pursue my GCSEs more fully, and simply haven't gone back. Some years ago, and I miss it horribly, I keep trying to motivate myself to go back and start fresh as a white belt to refresh my memory.

My life is mostly drink and seeing mates. I also do Hang gliding what a awesome laugh. I also do a lot of push biking. I try to ride into work at least once I week (38 miles there and back). At the weekend I’ll try to get about 50 miles done but tbh with the weather the way it is I cant be arsed most of the time, once its summer again I’ll be riding everyday again. Also need to invest in a road bike my 8 year old mountain bike is shite on the road.

Get to the gym atleast two nights a week (aim for three), work and other things permiting. Mainly cardiovascular but do a bit of weights. Mainly go to improve my stamina and strength for.......

Tae Kwon-Do. I train twice a week, absolutely love it. Am aiming to go for my black belt in about a year :smt004 . Also go sparring on Saturday mornings, and more recently ive started entering competitions - next one (i think!) will be a kick-boxing one early next year. For some strange reason, I like fighting :smt003 which means I'm usually covered in bruises.

Used to play a lot of tennis, but there arent enough hours in the day to do everything that I want to at the moment. I miss playing, and do intend to get back into it..... one day.

I'm starting to think I'm going to take up snow boarding. One of my old friends family has just brought a chalet in Austria, so if I can get on her good side maybe I can go out there for a couple of months :D I’ve also got xscape Milton Keynes on my door steep (massive inside slop with real snow) and my sisters husband used to be a profession teacher so really no excuse!

I also play squash once to twice a week with my dad and get my butt handed to me once a week by a 58 year old man :( playing ex country players is pure embarrassment! Hopefully going to join a novice league and see how well I do.

I used to love weight lifting but in the last year I’ve completely changed to purely cardio its far more fun and rewarding.

do it ! its f***ing ace ! i fell into it through pure chance and within 6 weeks had built a van and moved to the alps.. stayed there for 2 years lol

the first week or so you'll be on your butt and quaffing painkillers for breakfast but its worth it after that, only thing ive done that comes close to the buzz i get out of bikes, get off piste into deep powder and its like flying..

Do you know anywhere/any organization that is any good for someone who wishes to start/try hang gliding? It's something that I've always wanted to do.
