think its your pc mate, just tested it ok and not had any other mentions of it.try saving it first then opening it?

rite then i think the engine is kaput. i took the front fairings off today and found the water tank on the right hand side was empty and the radiator was half full so i left it for this week. and ill be taking it to a local bike mechanic on monday to find out whats up with it. if its gonna cost to much im thinking about getting a new engine fitted or just break the bike and save some cash up for a decent running bike im a bit pissed off right now as i love the ninja but i havent got tons of cash now as im not working yet oh well lets see what the mexhanic says

don't scrap it too soon, you have filled the rad up and expansion tank and run the bike to allow coolant to circulate??

yeah buy a few bottles of coolant, abou 10 quid, and see how it goes, if not then take it to mechanic and see what he says. It might be that theres a leak in the rad which is why itshalf empty in the first place.

just so happens ive got 2.8 litres of coolant in my shed hope thats enough.ill check the systems for leaks when i start it up ill clean the area around the sidestand switch witch did feel sticky if its still the same ill change the plugs if its the same itll be going in the van to the mechanic who is also a big bike breaker and hes got loads of stuff there so should not be a problem for parts.to be honest i was well cheesed off friday but ive decided ill keep the bike even if it takes me a year to get it sorted i just love the look of it..... ninjas. ftw..

im back and need to pick ure guys brains again.after i changed the plugs drained and filled up new coolant the bike basically is still running bad i took it to my mate who is a mechanic and he checked it out and hes 95 per cent sure head gasket is gone and also thinks the head is warped as its been run with no coolant in it thats the bad bit . now will the engine out of the bike in the ebay link below fit in my frame they are both l models but different years

im hoping this will fit as ive agreed to pay him £280.00 for the engine witch hes bringing to south wales from runcorn cheshire he said its running good and is in good conditon please tell me it will fit my bikes a 1995 model and the bike in the ebay ad is a 92 plate

id love to donate the old engine but due to my finnancial situation and no job i have to sell it to get some cash back to pay my mate back. i hope you understand my situation if i was working id have given it to you realy am sorry
