Are these the guys u mean? http://www.whitedalton.co.uk/site/home.htm come recomended & think they are something to do with BMF if ur a member? friendly guys - always at the shows

My insurance company passed me on to David Gist Solicitors in Bristol, they specialise in motorcycle personal injuries, top blokes but seem to take a lot of holidays.

I guess this just means they are good at their job, because the have loads of money.

I shall go have a mooch and find out - I'm amazed nobody here knows?! They seem to be the first point of call on a lot of other sites when someone needs to claim!

funny you mention them, they emailed me yesterday but I've never used them?

thanx for those links i may use em, im not dealing with anything myself.im jus recovering while my family are dealing with the police and everything else. iv mentioned those biker solicitors. the insurance company hav already passed my case onto solicitors and i got a letter saying they've accepted my case. so il c how it goes with them, hopefully they get me a decent amount of money coz of my injuries, theres alot of ideas for that money. :smt003

well 1 good thing 2day, went n got a key cut for my bike n it started!! pissin oil out the alternator cover mind u but at least it works!!!!

tel u wot tho, everytime i go out im annoyed i cant ride my bike, saw a red zxr400 2day n i jus wanted mine on the road, my mates jus bought a triumph daytona couple weeks before my crash n now i cant go riding with him. the weathers really nice now aswell. damn all u senile old drivers!!! :smt013 :smt019

really annoying isn't it. I was rear ended last year while stationary at lights. Missed the whole end of summer and the bike was written off, along with the 2 week old exhaust, had just spent £300 rebuilding the engine aswell.

You'll get it sorted mate.
