nothing like feeding people a bit of misinformation eh!
fat is NOT converted to muscle.
muscle fibre is broken down when you exercise, protein is needed to help rebuild muscle fibre.
fat is an energy store, it has sod all to do with building muscle.

i agree i might be wrong in saying fat converts to muscle, cuz i know muscle is muscle
but fat is useful when in a gym as it gives energy

going to the gym does shrink your calf muscles tho. Well, it did for me at any rate! stretches the muscle out

Adam K, u r a newbie on here so dont take the piss out of a veteran member on here like me
plus, if u r such an expert on the subject, shouldnt a muscleman ride something a bit bigger than a zxr400?
i figure the added weight of a bigger bike will make u stronger, but hey - maybe u will prove me wrong again!

that has gotta be the saddest comment ever, i really couldn't care if you have been on a forum since the day the internet began.
i don't ride a zxr400, so there's your first mistake.
secondly i've never claimed to be massive, so your argument is flawed. why do i need to be massive to know how the body works? are all biologists body builders?
you sir are just bitter because you pretended to know something about a subject that you actually know nothing about and you got rumbled.
i bid you farewell.

tbh i cant be bothered to argue, if i wanted a petty argument i would speak to the wife!
i put my hands up, i made a mistake...there i said it, gemini aint perfect!
the only thing i bit at was your very belittling 2nd response, anyways water under the bridge cuz i aint gonna bring about a bad atmosphere on my best mate's forum
