I use an ER6 brake lever and master cylinder on my race bike, cant fault it, but it's horses for courses on this one.
Would go with the consensus that genuine parts are the way to go or from a reputable aftermarket company e.g. Brembo, LsL, etc.
As for your rear calliper, you could use one of the mini Brembo types, I've heard they quite common.

Thx

How could you use a rear brembo. I've seen one guy on here do it but i dont want to mess about with spacers and brackets etc. ??

It is deffo some messing around and is one I'd deffo swerve.
TBA, the amount of times I actually use my rear brake it would be a waste of cash if it was simply to make it look trick however as I'm trying to loose weight wherever poss it's a route I'm havin to go down.
I also think you need to loose the torque arm as it will mount on the top, however don't quote me on that.
In short, get yourself on Ebay and pick one up for 20 quid, give it a service or get someone to service it for you.
A good upgrade for brakes is fitting the Gixer calliper, think there are other callipers that will fit...........however you will probably need spacers made up for them...a chap on eBay does sell the spacers and it's an easy-ish job to do.

Please don't take the above as gospel as there are forum members who are way more experienced than me.....

Yeah I've read the posts on here about the k1 and k2 600 calipers being a direct fit on the front. Theres none on ebay for anywhere near £20 atm! I would just fix mine but one of the pistons is rusted and siezed horribly, ive cracked the caliper and still cant get it to budge!
