I would expect with the snorkel fitted for it to be leaner with the OE filter
#98's sound about right with this setup, maybe even #100's
are your replacement jets keihin or dynojet ?
Jets are Keihin from following link, although i would say they arent branded keihin and not quite exact copies as they are slightly taller >

If its going to be leaner still with oe filter im wondering if i should stay with k&n and maybe try some 98's ? unless of course youve found its easier to get smoother power with oe filter than using a k&n ?....dont want to spend twice if you see what i mean, if i can get k&n to work ok i will stay with it but dont mind switching to oe filter if there is better carburation to be had

they are the jets i use .. they seem to flow in between real keihin and DJ for a given size
the bike will fuel more consistently and fluidly with the airbox complete, removing the snorkel is a hack to make a "performance" filter flow as well as the stock one. But its bound to bugger about with the resonance of the airbox
personally, if it were my bike, i'd run the stock filter, full snorkel, get the main jet right and fiddle with the needles till the midrange felt nice.
get some #98's and an OE filter, and keep playing

Quick update!.
Strapped my PLX wideband unit onto the bike at the weekend ( looked funny with tailpipe unit designed for a car sticking out exhaust, took power from a headlight bulb so nice and simple to take on and off bike) and went for a quick blast, fuelling is pretty good if a little on the rich side staying in low 12's for most of the rev range, will try a oe filter when i get one and see how that effects things, would be nice it if just pulls it up nearer to 13 A/F ratio, but suspect it might need the 98 jets as well depending on how much more air oe filter lets in over k&n.
Had a good run out after removing wideband unit and bike does feel pretty good, would nice for a little more up top if possible but its certainly a lot better than it was on 88/90 jetting that was in there
Cheers
