There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

Should be able to get a big jubliee clip in your nearest motor factors.............halfords might even have them bit I don't much like halfords.
Try Ebay

Be warned I've seen oil filters leak oil at the seal because of an overtightened jubliee clip and tighten the clip mid way rather than near to the engine/seal................thats how I do it not sure if I'm right in my thinking but I've not had any leaking oil filters................I know of one man who covered the first 200 yards of a Manx GP with oil thanks to a leaking oil filter...............race had to be stopped.

Also you could consider using K&N oil filters...................they come with a handy 13mm hex nut on the front to make removal very easy and the hex nuy is drilled with a hole for lockwire

Ok mate - will e-mail thro tuesday when I get back. I got a £3 jubilee clip at local car parts place. If you go for the K&N filter they come with a hole for lock wire

Next question is for the knockhill racers; How much Shell V Power fuel do you guys bring with you & can you buy fuel at Knockers & EF? Got my ACU test on Saturday & practice on Sunday so just trying to get everything sorted now. Cheers!

About 20-25 litres for a weekend race meet. Not sure if you can buy from knockhill def no at east fortune. But buy before you go as it will be cheaper anyway. You wont need much for the induction day think you only do a few laps.Mind your thermals Brrr
