two things my old man always took with him when racing:

cash, so he could buy what he couldn't cadge/blag/borrow

and someone else who could drive him home...

You forgot the most essential things!!! credit card,kettle,booze and bbq with plenty burgers.

These things help but not essential

Tyre pressure gauge
footpump/compresor
liscence
dog tag
big hammer
Oh and for Knockhill a warm waterproof jacket and umbrella

Can a footpump do motorbike Tyres, thought the pressure would be too much?

spares wise what you dont have can usually be borrowed.It costs enough to get started without having to buy loads of spares.But levers/clipons are very handy.

There's no way I can afford a spare engine Cargo!! Lol I can probably get the anti-fog for my visors tho!

I know what you mean Robbie, it's all adding up! Think I might just get clip-ons & lever & a load of duct tape & tie wraps for the rest! Lol

What size are the clip-ons for the ZXR 50mm?

Im not 100% sure actually Lachie. Its either 50mm or 48 or somethin..
Whilst on the subject of clipons, make sure you take the bolt out that holds the clipon to the top yoke, if your using standard clipons. That might save you bending them if lucks on ya side!
What gaffa tape cant fix, i take a little fibreglassing kit with me which is handy.

spares like fuel pump, coils, cdi are good too
