carbs

having read somewere that zzr600 carbs will fit onto zxr 400. with interchanging rails, spacers from the 400
so bought a set to day
measured my 400 carbs at 32.56 mm
zzr at 36mm
have try to upload photos of the carbs side by side,,,,will not up load as picture to big?
well am an and not pc literate,so sorryt dont understand it all
if there any hidden secrets in doing this conversion,,,,
can sombody point me in the right direction in the jeting please

I very much doubt that those 600 carbs will fit onto the 400 rubbers

And once again it begs the question why?

I would be very surprised if there was a performance gain IF they did fit............and TBH there may well be a performance loss

I dont know of one single ZXR400 race bike thaats been fitted with carbs off a 600
