Had to bike home in the snow this morning...
...115 miles hudds to cov...pretty damn frightning, we have hills in our pennine village
and when you see the gritter sliding down a hill at a 30 degree angle its time to reach for the brown trousers
ill post pictures later of the bike in snow.

Re: Had to bike home in the snow this morning...
Even though the weathers great here I can't ride. 1) cos I don't have a bike road legal and 2) I've just come out of hospital after having an op on my back. I'm walking like john wayne who's just toad hiself so I recon it would bedifficult to get on a bike. So jealous of everyone on a bike right now!

It was the wind today for me omg it was horrendous coming home!apart from some dick pulling out on me of which I only just missed crashing into him ! The wind pushed me across the road into the kerb ! Thankfully on my gs 500 lol

as Charlie Sheen knows, white stuff = better time.
luckily it wasnt too cold this weekend, 2-3 C, ill cycle to work on it until the snow starts to properly settle then its off in my "new" rented garage...gonna be a godsend, ive had to keep it on the street for the past couple of months. plus im sharing with another biker so that keeps the cost down to £17.50/mth...not bad for peace of mind, but i dont think there is any lighting in it so ill have to try to figure something out, might see if there is a power-brick somewhere at work to power a few lights...a generator would be ideal, but im not forking out for anything if i can get away with it
