I was there on my L4 :smt003 Maybe you saw me? Purple and black with a Road Racing Ireland sticker across the bottom of the numberplate.

Good old ride there and back from Doncaster. Left Oulton at 5.30, arrived home at 8pm after 'making good progress' over the Pennines :smt002 , back out the house at 9pm on my pushbike and I'm now sat at work for a night shift. Feels like I'm doing a pentathlon or something :smt003

Lovely circuit and a great day's racing. Shame there's no National Supersport 400 championship any more :smt010

Dude, what a pic! :smt033

They described this incident but I didn't see it. Will watch the highlights tomorrow on ITV4.

Few years since I've been to bike racing, I used to go loads. Whilst the Superbikes were excellent I thought that the current format was a bit samey-samey with the support races. 125s excepted, which provided a close race until one of the leaders threw it away. I think they need a better range of classes (like there used to be oldman ) to provide some variety. Don't have too much of an issue with there being no chairs anymore, I never got on with those.

Might have been mine, might not have been the only purple one there, they're not that rare! It was on the grass in the bike park.
