There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

How about having your standrad one rebuilt by Maxton ?

Nothing like having a tip top shock for the track :smt001
Nothing worse than having an H and not being able to scratch it !

The Uni-trak linkage varies between models

39007-1156 for H1/J1 Finished.

39007-1189 for H2/J2 Finished.

39007-1087 for L1~9 / M1~9 (SP) 8,000 Yen

Dogbones are all the same across models

39111-1087 5,019 Yen each shocking ( I've got a freakin box full of them ! )

I have a M shock on my H2 linkage and fitted with out problem , dont know if it has changed the bike in any way but the measurements all worked out same as spec' - this is tested in the MOT. I have a J2 shock to try but want to send it off and have O/H as no doubt everything inside is 20yrs old, i cant see me noticing any difference between the two. I am sure zimm said for an H1 shock you need to change the uni track for fitting.

Then the M shock will be sent off and used on bike build two :smt001

Just checked my J2 shock the uni trak mounting is 26mm same as the H1 and other end is 43mm same again. They do look identical but why have different part numbers :smt017 If I can find my L ones I will give them a measure too.

MM!
