Carb Balancing.. Anyone got some kit i could borrow?

Hello,

Right, i know this is cheeky but i was wondering if anyone was in the area of plymouth that could lend me a 4x balancing guage kit so i could balance up the zxr?
I'd be more than happy to offer some money but for now i am as poor as anything..

Soz I cant help out, not much of a responce here so try asking around your local "bikerz" haunts and see if someone will help out.

They are something not most folks hand out to use as they are an accurate instrument but if you've bit the bullet and bought a set your generally happy to help set up another bank of carbs as you use them once in a blue moon

Offer to do the spannering and watch the fella doing the settings. Either that a small backstreet service centre should do them on the cheap - take your own tools and offer to remove the tank and get the bike ready for the guages to be fitted , all helps to reduce the bill

I understand, i did have 2 guages but i lent them to my neighbour and forgot about them, since hes moved :S Looks like i won't get them back

I think i'll ask around but might have to get some, they're not that expensive but when you consider the usage.. hmm
