My project ZXR4

Hello my names Peter, from the highlands of scotland and I bought alittle zxr4 afew months back that needed alittle bit of work still has a issue with cooling can overheat between 5 - 30 minutes.

replaced front calipers.
new front caliper seals.
new front brakepad pins.
replaced rear caliper.
new rear caliper seals.
new rear brakepad pins.
New Battery.
Replaced top yoke.
Replaced Ignition.
replaced forks.
new oil/fork seals.
new fork oil.
new air filter.
new oil filter.
new fuel filter.
new oil.
replaced petrol tank.
new peacock rebuild kit.
new front master cylinder.
master cylinder rebuild kit.
new brake and master cylinder banjos.
new speedo cable.
new seat unit.
Sorted out cracks and breaks in fairings.
new bolts engine,tank,forks etc (from kawasaki).
new generator casing.
new carbs.
new indicator.
new rear light.
new blubs.
resprayed bike.
dryed out headlight.
wired in alarm.
stripped paint off frame.
replaced front brake cables, fitted splitter box.
new fuel cap.
welded downpipes.
new mudguard

you welded the down pipes were they rusty or what

Rusty was'nt the word there was quite afew holes where the four branch in.
