HT Leads - help please

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

HT Leads - help please

Post by wes »

Hi,

My race bike was missing like a good un at Brands, so I bought a new battery and it still didn't like revving past 11-12k, and sounding like its hitting the rev limiter even though it revs to 14k easily normally.

I have bought new plugs, so want to change the HT leads and plug caps just to cover my options before Snetterton next weekend.

So....as my coils are moved forward because of the ram air, can I buy HT lead by the metre? My guessing is the stock or performance versions of the stock leads and plug caps would be too short.

Any advice please......

Yes you can buy HT lead by the metre......................You should be able to get it in a good motor factors or car parts shop.

I know that my local Halfords does NOT stock it but a small local guys does.................if your really stuck I'll get you some and post it

I had to get HT lead by the metre for the same reason. I ordered it from wemoto.com and just typed in "ht lead" in the search for part section.
