right ive bought my mates zxr which i think is an l3 model but it has his private plate on it so i cant be sure until the v5 comes through. im toying with the idea of turning it into a streetfighter. plans include:- new headlights (possibly twin round lights), seat unit from a gsxr 600 k1 (although this might change to a one off carbon unit), zx6r forks with radial brakes and master cylinder, renthal bars and risers, some rearsets.
other things i need to get are a stainless steel exhaust and general tidying up of everything, polishing it up and making a carbon fibre alternator case. first thing i need to do is get it to my garage and then put the wiring loom on it, give it a bloody good service and try to get it running properly. ill get some pics up as soon as ive got my grubby little mits on it. any ideas will be welcome, especially on colours ect.
