help a kiwi out -Adding ram air box to a FCR fed 444cc ZXR

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

help a kiwi out -Adding ram air box to a FCR fed 444cc ZXR

Hey guys,

the ram air box is a really popular mod over your way.. im having one built as we type.

currently im running a 444kit, few internal mods, FCRs, full ex sys i got her all tuned up running very nicely running a "tray" simply covering in the head area using the space under the H1 tank to feed the carbs. :gamer

adding a ram air box into the mix - 2 people ( including the owner of the original airbox im copying ) stat because the box is being directly bolted to the head and sealed i wont have to change jetting. Their reasoning is that the PSI will raise within the box - meaning the jetting stays constant... apparantly. both of these guys know their stuff. oldman

you guys have proper ram air dynos - we dont. any inside info would be great
