There seems to be some discrepancies here

I have a set of standard SP (M3) FCR's with the TPS unit and the by-pass fuel rail (plugged).
With various postings on this forum i was led to believe they would be 32mm THEY ARE NOT !
Just before the cold spell here I removed the battery (now in my kitchen) and the carb's seeing as I wouldn't be working on the bike for a few weeks (now turned into a few months

So, today I measured them up, THEY ARE 33mm
Now, unless Jap' spec bikes come with 33 and Europe bikes with 32 how does this discrepancy come about ? Jap bikes are speed restricted so why waste 33mm on them , something is just not right about all this

Where you do get two different sizes is the inlet stubs into the head - mine are 40mm externally for FCR rubbers and the other type are 38mm for CVK rubbers (just measured my CVK's).
Internal size of my 33mm FCR are also 33mm on the inlet stub - I do not have the 38mm to measure but would only assume it to be 33mm too.
I did have but now lost the pitch and spacing of the carb's, if you have this info' please list up as I now want to find out if Kehin ever made this carb in a 32mm form and i can also research what other FCR's will be bolt and play in different MM's too

So, who has 32mm and can you post pics with the measurement being taken?
MM!
