There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

Just look at the intake side of the carbs and it is the brass hole just below the main air intake. There are 2 of them, but the highspeed corrector is the top one.

yes thats the ones.
if the carbs are fitted, and your on the bike looking down at them, they are the upper ones to the right a bit. closest to the carb mouth.

use a bit of araldite, or plastic metal etc..

Why do thes need blocking off exactly? (yes I'm doing the same mod!) Also on the intlets there are some rubber tubes connecting cylinder 1 to 4 and 2 to 3. I'm assuming thes are low speed balance tubes??? can I bin them and block them off?

They screw things up if you are running without a filter or Ramair etc and makes the carbs much easier to set up. Blocking them prevents you from having to use massive main jets which would cause problems elsewhere. Not sure about the technical theory of how they normally work!!!
