If it's broke spray it with WD40, if it's still broke spray it again and leave it over night, if it's still broke, bin it.

Re: 200 kgs of nails...
Im thinking about doing mine all black with green wheels. Might go for a number on it but not sure.
Its prolly the most difficult part of the "task"
Which color to choose.

i heard somewhere that some insurance policies are invalid if you put a number on a vehicle as it gives the impression of racing which insurers will not cover

Re: 200 kgs of nails...
Well im looking at getting the outside of the rims themselves, just about the tyre polished, then the rest of the rim in metallic purple. Altho i might go metalic black as if i get the money i might wanna go for a green and black paintjob and dont wanna fork out to have the rims done again.

Re: 200 kgs of nails...
do the rims yourself mate and save some cash.
i've made the decision a bit easier today by removing all the pink (apart from the zxr logo).

Re: 200 kgs of nails...
I like the idea of gloss fairings but just the tank in matt, i think it would look proper slick!
Plus i've never seen it done b4 so it'll be unique
