get a small chisel or centre punch and tap the heads round anticlockwise

I just drill them out and replace with allen bolts. easy enough once the top yoke's off the bike

what plugs are in it mate? mine had a spark and wouldnt go, it was weak but i thought the plugs were ok, they were brand new splitfires, anyway people on here told me to change them and that there crap, changed them n it started straight away

Sorted now, cleaned the carbs out tad of water sat in there, off she went
