sure youve got a close box in it?..
Ive just changed my sp box for a standard, cos i burnt clutches out trying to keep up with 400's off the line, never mind a 750!
Sp box is going in my manx engine, i think it will make sence there, no good on short circuit

I love my SP gearboxes make first gear corners a breeze and you can come crashing down from 6th to 1st almost as quick as you can say it.

Have to say that I've destroyed a couple of sets of clutch plates but hey thats racing...................it costs

Quick add on to this post. I have a race prepped L5 which I am now "sorting" for next year. Part of that is installing a race loom and SP CDI. Put it all together and although the bike turns it wont fire.

Beforre i go any further tho

1) Will the SP CDI run on a standard L5 engine - the previous parts of this post suggest the the L CDI wont run on an SP but not sure about the other way round

2) There are two resistors on my loom which has thrown me a bit - was only expecting one (the lock out override)_ - any ideas? :smt017

Cheers
