Re: I'm Down.
OMG
I was always told that if you dropped your bike the triple clamps would be twisted even from a stand still fall, generally I've dropped my bikes on both sides so never paid any head to it !
Headstocks should be a bit tougher with the bracing around them and you done a slide attack along the road - did it make a side head on collision on the kerb? Do you know?
If your frame is fecked, more than happy to source you one at cost
But think your as well getting it "jigged" with the effort you've put in.
Fingers crossed for you !

Did you spin the stanchions round while holding the tubes? very evident if they are bent on USD's when doing this.

Re: I'm Down.
Read the thread, it might help. I crashed, stipped the front, rebuilt it was still too close, completely stripped the bike, new frame, rebuilt it, still too close.

Did read the thread and have been following it! Kinda missed the new frame bit and thought you had gone for powder coating on your own - sorry!!!Scott221 wrote:Read the thread, it might help. So, you've done your frame, checked your forks so that leaves your
stem set - your bearing did come out mashed up and i am sure you didn't say you replaced that - if you have apologies again!!

Re: I'm Down.
This is so toad its funny. Both fairings are on not and its exatly the same. I have no words...
I have replace the bearings, did that in the first rebuild, in the second rebuild i had to get the out of the old frame into the new one. Lets not rule out the possiblity of this frame being bent as well.
