times for a change

Post by masterofinsanity »

As you may well know i was selling my zxr400 and my celica on ebay, well the zxr400 has gone, the celica has gone and now i have a zxr750 L1 in the black/purple/pink colour scheme, i will post pics asap, my home pc has died at the mo.

Done really well with this little deal as i swapped my celica + £150 for the zxr750.

now i know a lot of you are gonna say "i hated the zxr750 before" yes i did but after only owning/running it for 5 weeks i don't think i really gave it a chance so we'll see..........

When are you doing the wheels??? :smt003

Looks damn good. I think like me you never really knew WHY we didn't like the ZXR750... maybe if you have a play around with setups it'll be ok.

I still remember I loved opening the throttle! :smt096

not sure what colour to do the wheels? :smt017

as for the throttle it seems never ending on this and its well responsive, i think its got a full micron stainless system on it too, not really had chance to have a good look round yet.certainly sounds nice.just need to chop the can down.

change the front calipers for gixxer ones asap K&N makes a nice bit of midrange diffrence and a full Avvy system opens up even more power

Flat sides are awsome if you can get hold of them ;)

Metallic purple wheels :smt004

Same motor that was in my GPX, it went well off the clocks :smt003

Flatties, no prob's :smt002

Enjoy.

PS. Wonder if a ZX9 front end would fit in there :smt017

Just you leave your pink rim out of it shocking

Just realised - it was th H models that have the same motor as a GPX, don't know if they changed the design in the L or not.
