H2 model Revving issues

Post by vodkalex »

Hi all, been workin on my H2 model for a few weeks, changed head gasket as was running hot, and changed cam chain, did it without having to cut anything (Cheers Zimm!) so bike is nearly there, just balanced carbs, but when i get the bike running and rev, the revs stay up for a bit and then settle down, also sometimes the acceleration is sluggish. throttle seems ok, but the adjustor is right up, any ideas?

Yeah usually the rubbers that cause the revs to hang. New rubbers will sort it tho :smt001
