Rectifiers - interchangeable ???

spent the afternoon with baz - just went to get the relay from him, but that didnt work - and more concerningly my bike died on me again despite a new battery !

so it looks like its the regulator - looking on ebay there seem to be a few - does anyone know which ones are interchangeable with a zxr 400 H model ?

Baz reckons 600's are, what about this one ??:

I think all ZXR reg/rec's are interchangeable. From other models im not 100% sure, at the end of the day all they do is convert AC to DC and maintain a constant voltage at the output.
