I was up at 4.30 this morning to watch the F1, back to bed at 7.15 by which time it was half daylight and very foggy. Woke up again at 11.30, looked out the window, clear blue sky and sunshiiiiiiiiiiiine!
Hmmm, lovely day what shall i do? txt me mate Mike see if hes up for a scoot. He was indeed and out we headed to a place called Ebbsfleet (yes near the new eurostar terminal), and theres two roundabouts linked up by a curve in the road. Very popular spot for bikers as its a good place to GYKD and places for people to stand and watch
Took some pictures while we were at it of me and the ZXR in action, unfortunately Mike isnt the best photogropher so pics are a bit pants!

After a nice spin around here we found ourselves having built up quite a sweat and i had actually worn right through my knee slider! Went and stopped at nearby services and got ourselves a drink. Then headed to a place called Grain. Its out nearby the local power station (so the air is clean) to which a lovely right hander exists and is lovely and smooth, you can GYKD in both directions at a good 80mph and theres no traffic cos its so out of the way.
Also took the opportunity to take some more pics of the ZXR again.

All in all a bloody good day, i also now have a new wallpaper for me desktop! This is also one for some of you phtoto shop addicts to play about with
