Re: Ninja 250R
My little brother has two RD's(one lc, one power valve)rotting in his garden, along with about ten other bikes. He's one of those people that collects stuff and lets it rot. He would rather that than sell them/do them up. He doesn't even have a bike licence!

thing with most of em thoe, people dont realise what you ask for an what you get are 2 different things lol. i mean i wouldnt pay almost 3k for that bike not a chance. think what you could get for that kind of money.

Re: Ninja 250R
na i cant see that myself. some people just over value things in my view. but i suppose you might be right maybe someone would pay that. scary to think of really

Re: Ninja 250R
deepends on what you personaly think is valuable. To me somthing like that is worth more than a new gixxer/cbr ect purly because its so collectable. Plus its 2t what all bikes should be!

I want an owo1, not that I can afford what I want. Cant even guess a price as there are none for sale anywhere.

Re: Ninja 250R
i'd have probably given him about 2k for that RD might have stretched to 2.5 if when viewed it was as good as it looked.
a 3k investment on a classic bike is far better than a 3k investment on a modern bike that isnt even particularly iconic or different. Hell classics are gonna be my pension when i retire, so i'm collecting now.

There was an rd 500 for sale on gumtree for £2500 a few weeks ago. It looked ok from the photo.
