hi there im new on here, ive got an l4 and ive spent the last 3 months stripping it down and rebuilding it. its all been going well black poweder coated frame and swing arm, rebuilt front and rear suspension, replaced all bearings, sprayed wheels black, sanded down all panels and got ams motorsport rear seat unit and sent it all off to body shop last week, built it all up except for air box and loom and now i forgot how it came off lol. how is the headlamp part of the loom routed?throught the hole in the frame or under neath behind carbs? and i cant work out the rear end of the looom, has anyone got any pictures of how it is routed please? really want to hear it rev up again lol!!!

Welcome to the forum matey. I got a lot of pictures mate for you to look at, i took them for the sole purpose of being able to put the loom in when rebuilding my zxr. Have you got an email i can send them to?? PM me it if you must

if you look in the front of the manuals there are pics showing cable and loom routing.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

thanks for the reply if you could send them pics it would be great help! lewisholt87@hotmail.com and i dont have a manual, theres a guy at work that races em and he helped me a bit but his bikes all have race looms so he doesnt know lol
