Price of none runners
I have a zxr400 l1 that needs a new home . I don't have the time to get it back up and running. I am looking for prices at the moment as I would have to sell it as a none runner. It's a lovely little bike to ride.

Re: Price of none runners
if its in shabby condition, £200 max, if its in really good cosmetic condition, maybe £600.
you have got to consider the average cost of a good looking runner (£1000-2000 depending on age/mileage) and adjust appropriately, if its pre 1995 and over 40k miles even in good condition its not gonna be worth more than £1500 in showroom condition.
i dont mind taking a look at it if you can get it to me, you pay for parts, and drop us a few beers for my time.

Re: Price of none runners
Thanks for information on the bike. I think it is worth more than what was said so I think I might keep it for the moment and try to get it back on the road myself . As far as I can tell it needs the carbs balanced or a new set found. Then put back together as it's still in pieces

Surely you'd make more money if you break the bike?
That's what I'll be doing due to mine dropping 2 fucking valves, intake and exhaust...
Was able to buy everything I need to build a new bike and my one which dropped it's valves is used as my spares bike but once my new zxr is all tidied up and sorted I'll break it
